With vast medical knowledge, first-rate practical skills, and deep, unwavering compassion, she kept a kind and watchful eye on my father’s health aides, coordinate the care from half a dozen specialists, advocated for him tirelessly in hospitals, managed a million details large and small, and kept me informed every step of the way. "I came to Jessica in June 2023 while I was facing an extremely challenging situation as a newly appointed conservator for an elderly individual struggling with cognitive decline. Jessica, adeptly and with the utmost care, helped me to skillfully navigate the deeply challenging circumstances in order to best serve the medical and personal care needs of this individual. Without Jessica's continued assistance since then, things would have been significantly more challenging. She is one of the main reasons that this elderly individual has been able to maintain dignity and receive a proper standard of care since this difficult journey began. Jessica Kowal has been and continues to be an incredibly valuable resource for my father-in-law and our family. For the past few years, Jessica has worked closely with our family to coordinate extensive care for our aging parents. With medical knowledge and experience as an RN and a compassionate bedside manner, Jessica has been our voice and advocate communicating directly with doctors, helping to manage medications, arranging for in-home care, connecting us to other local services as needed (assistive technologies, companions, gutter cleaning and snow removal).

Her communication is excellent and reliable. We have had family consultations and receive regular emails and phone calls with updates and suggestions. We feel completely comfortable reaching out to her with follow-up questions or requests.
